Welcome to the Stagerra FAQ. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about our community, membership, Circles of Trust, privacy,  and the journey ahead.

1. About Stagerra

What is Stagerra?

Stagerra is a global community designed to foster meaningful human connection across life stages—Dreamer, Explorer, Builder, Mentor, and Giver. We bring people together through guided circles, mentorship, and purposeful conversations.

Is Stagerra a social network?

No. Stagerra is a trust network. It’s not about likes or followers—it’s about deep connection, shared growth, and authentic dialogue.

2. Membership & Access

Is Stagerra free to join?

Yes. Anyone can sign up to explore, create a profile, and access different features in the platform.

What are the premium memberships tiers?

Certified Circles of Trust – guided by trained Stagerra hosts.
Guide – mentorship and coaching by trained guides.
Academy – Stagerra’s courses.

When will the full platform launch?

We are currently in early development. Founding members will receive invitations to pilot circles before public launch.

3. Circles & Participation

What is a Circle of Trust?

A small, confidential group of 7–9 members within the same life stage, meeting regularly for deeper reflection, accountability, and growth.

How often do circles meet?

Circles meet online every week.

4. Privacy & Safety

Are my conversations private?

Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle. What is shared in a circle stays within the circle. We do not record or share personal conversations.

Does Stagerra share or sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data and do not operate on an adverting model.

5. Community Standards

What are the community standards?

Stagerra is more than a platform — it is a community built on belonging, trust, and purposeful connection across life stages. These Community Standards define how we agree to show up for one another so every member can feel seen, heard, and safe.  By joining Stagerra, you agree to uphold these principles in all Circles, messages, and interactions.

5.1 Our Core Values

Belonging: We honor each person’s story and life stage. No judgment. No hierarchy. All are welcome to share, listen, and grow.
Confidentiality: What is shared within a Circle stays within the Circle. Trust is sacred — we do not repeat or distribute personal stories.
Reciprocity: We give as much as we receive. Stagerra thrives on generosity, reflection, and mutual support.
Responsibility: We show up with integrity. We commit to honesty, respect, and the emotional safety of others.

5.2. Respectful Participation

Members agree to:
Listen without interruption or judgment
Speak from personal experience (“I” statements)
Avoid unsolicited advice unless invited
Use inclusive and non-discriminatory language

5.3. Prohibited Behaviors

The following are not tolerated:
Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
Promotion of violence, extremism, or exploitation
Sharing of private member content outside the platform.
Solicitation, spam, or commercial promotion without permission.

5.4. Circle Conduct and Safety

Confidentiality Rule: Stories shared in Circles — including Circles of Discovery, Circles of Trust, and Bridges — are private and cannot be recorded, quoted, or published without explicit consent.
Emotional Safety: Members must not shame, ridicule, or psychologically pressure others. Disagreements must remain respectful.
Right to Pause or Leave: Any member may pause a discussion or step away if triggered or uncomfortable. Hosts will honor these boundaries.

5.5. Hosts and Guides

Certified Circle Hosts and Guides agree to:
Maintain neutrality and fairness Encourage balanced participation Protect confidentiality and mediate conflict if needed Stagerra may remove or revoke certification for those who violate community trust.

5.7. Consequences of Violations

Stagerra reserves the right to warn, suspend, or remove members who violate these Standards. Our priority is the safety and integrity of the community.
Members may report harmful behavior or breaches of trust by emailing contact@stagerra.com. Reports are private and reviewed by the Stagerra team.

5.8. Continuous Growth

These standards will evolve with community input. Members are invited to help shape a culture rooted in care, courage, and connection.

By participating in Stagerra, you agree to uphold the Code of Belonging — for yourself, for others, and for the generations who will follow
